Article 3 – Applicability

These terms apply to every offer from the entrepreneur and every distance contract concluded between the entrepreneur and the consumer.

During the withdrawal period you may handle the product only as necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning. You are liable for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond that.

Returned items must be sent in their original condition and packaging, with all included accessories. You must send back the goods no later than 14 days after notifying us of your decision to withdraw.

Article 7 – Costs in Case of Withdrawal

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless you are returning an item due to our error (damaged or incorrect product), in which case we will provide a prepaid label or reimburse reasonable return costs.

- Perishable or time-sensitive products

Article 11 – Delivery

If delivery within 30 days is not possible, the consumer will be informed and can cancel the contract free of charge.

Article 12 – Payment

Unless otherwise specified, all payments must be made within 14 days of the start of the withdrawal period.
For prepayments, shipping takes place only after full payment is received.
The consumer must report incorrect payment details without delay.

What is the delivery time?

The average delivery time varies between 7-15 business days. Most orders arrive within 5–10 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected. We always strive to process and dispatch your order as quickly as possible.

What are the shipping costs?

Shipping costs are automatically calculated during checkout based on the total weight of your order and the shipping destination. All shipments are Delivered Duty Paid (DDP), so the shipping cost includes any customs duties, taxes, and import fees. My item arrived damaged, what should I do?

Please do not discard the packaging. Email us within 48 hours with clear photos of the damaged item at info@all-accessoires.com, and we’ll resolve it for you promptly.

What is your return period?

You have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving any reason. To do so, please notify us via email. If you are returning an item due to an error on our part (such as a damaged or incorrect product), we will cover the return shipping costs. In all other cases, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
