Article 1 – Definitions

In these terms and conditions, the following definitions apply:

- Entrepreneur: The natural or legal person who offers products to consumers at a distance.

- Consumer: The natural person who does not act in the exercise of a profession or business and enters into a distance agreement with the entrepreneur.

- Distance contract: An agreement concluded within the framework of an organized system for the sale of products at a distance, whereby one or more techniques for distance communication are used exclusively.

Article 3 – Applicability

These terms apply to every offer from the entrepreneur and every distance contract concluded between the entrepreneur and the consumer.
If the agreement is concluded electronically, a digital copy of these terms will be made available to the consumer before or during the checkout process.

Article 4 – The Offer

The offer includes a complete and accurate description of the products offered. Obvious errors or mistakes in the offer are not binding.

The offer includes:

- The price including taxes

- Any shipping costs

- The method of contract formation

- Right of withdrawal (if applicable)

- Payment and delivery methods

- Validity period of the offer

Article 5 – The Agreement

The agreement is concluded once the consumer accepts the offer and complies with the applicable terms.
If the agreement is made electronically, the entrepreneur confirms receipt of the acceptance by email without delay.

Article 6 – Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The 14-day period ends 14 days after the day you (or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier) receive the goods. To exercise this right, please notify us before the period expires with a clear statement (email is fine) including your order number. During the withdrawal period you may handle the product only as necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning. You are liable for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond that.

Returned items must be sent in their original condition and packaging, with all included accessories. You must send back the goods no later than 14 days after notifying us of your decision to withdraw.

Article 7 – Costs in Case of Withdrawal

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless you are returning an item due to our error (damaged or incorrect product), in which case we will provide a prepaid label or reimburse reasonable return costs.

Article 8 – Exclusion of Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal may be excluded for:

- Products made to consumer specifications

- Perishable or time-sensitive products

- Sealed products that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, if unsealed

- Audio, video recordings, or software with broken seals

This exclusion only applies if it was clearly stated before the agreement was concluded.

Article 9 – The Price

Prices remain fixed during the validity period of the offer, unless changes are legally mandated (e.g., tax rate adjustments).
Price increases within 3 months of the agreement are only allowed if legally required.

Article 10 – Conformity and Warranty

The entrepreneur ensures that the delivered products comply with the agreement, the offer description, and reasonable quality standards.
Any additional warranties offered by the entrepreneur do not affect the consumer’s statutory rights under applicable law.

Article 11 – Delivery

The entrepreneur will exercise due care in the processing and delivery of orders. Orders are shipped to the address provided by the consumer.
If delivery within 30 days is not possible, the consumer will be informed and can cancel the contract free of charge.

Article 12 – Payment

Unless otherwise specified, all payments must be made within 14 days of the start of the withdrawal period.
For prepayments, shipping takes place only after full payment is received.
The consumer must report incorrect payment details without delay.

Article 13 – Complaints Procedure

Complaints must be submitted clearly and completely within a reasonable time after discovery.
The entrepreneur will respond within 14 days. If more time is needed, the consumer will be informed accordingly.

Article 14 – Disputes and applicable law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the Netherlands, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection provisions of the law of your country of residence.
If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you may bring legal proceedings in the courts of your country of residence. Proceedings against us may also be brought before the competent courts in the Netherlands.

Article 15 – International shipping and import duties

All shipping costs include customs duties, import taxes, and any other applicable fees. These costs are covered by the entrepreneur, and customers will not be charged additional import fees upon delivery. Any deviations or additional agreements concerning import costs are only valid if recorded in writing and accessible to the customer on a durable data carrier.
