Order
How do I know if my order was successful?
After placing your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email usually within a few minutes. Haven’t received it? Please check your spam folder or contact us.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Unfortunately, once an order has been placed, it can no longer be changed or canceled. This is because the system is very fast with processing orders which makes changing it afterwards difficult.
Some items are missing from my order. What now?
Sometimes items are shipped separately. If that turns out to not be the case, please contact us at info@all-accessoires.com and we’ll provide a suitable solution.
My order is delayed or lost. What can I do?
Check the tracking link first. Still have questions? Feel free to email us at info@all-accessoires.com.
I haven’t received a confirmation email. What should I do?
Check your spam folder. Still nothing after 4 hours? Contact us and we’ll look into it for you.
Shipping
What is the delivery time?
The average delivery time varies between 7-15 business days. Most orders arrive within 5–10 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected. We always strive to process and dispatch your order as quickly as possible.
What are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs are automatically calculated during checkout based on the total weight of your order and the shipping destination. All shipments are Delivered Duty Paid (DDP), so the shipping cost includes any customs duties, taxes, and import fees. Costs may vary depending on the chosen shipping method and country, but you won’t be charged any additional fees upon delivery.
My item arrived damaged, what should I do?
Please do not discard the packaging. Email us within 48 hours with clear photos of the damaged item at info@all-accessoires.com, and we’ll resolve it for you promptly.
Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Apple Pay, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, iDEAL and Bancontact. Our checkout automatically shows the methods available for your location, currency and order amount.
Payment unsuccessful
Check whether the amount was deducted from your account. If it was, your order likely went through successfully. Not sure? Feel free to reach out to us.
Returns
What is your return period?
You have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving any reason. To do so, please notify us via email. After notifying us, you have another 14 days to return the item(s). If you are returning an item due to an error on our part (such as a damaged or incorrect product), we will cover the return shipping costs. In all other cases, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
What condition must an item be in to be returned?
- Items must be returned unused, in their original packaging, with all included accessories, and in a resaleable condition. Items should only be used to the extent necessary to assess their nature, features, and functioning. In case of excessive use or damage, we may charge a depreciation fee.
- Hygiene-related items (e.g. beauty products) can only be returned if the seal is unbroken
What is the return address?
The return address may vary per order, as we work with multiple suppliers. We will provide the correct return address upon request. Please contact us first at info@all-accessoires.com.
When will I receive my refund?
After we have received and approved your return, we will notify you and process your refund within 5 business days. Refunds will be made via your original payment method. Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
Has my return been received?
Track your return using the shipping receipt. As soon as we’ve processed your return, you’ll receive a confirmation email.
