Shipping information

We ship to all European Union states! Below you'll find our delivery timeframes and important notes.

Delivery times

- Estimated delivery time: 7-15 business days from dispatch (Most orders arrive within 5–10 business days).

Note: These are estimated delivery times. We are not responsible for delays caused by local carriers, customs processing, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Customs and Import Duties

We ship within the European Union only. All EU orders are shipped Delivered Duty Paid (DDP). This means that all applicable VAT, duties, and import fees are included in the purchase price and shipping cost. Customers will not be charged any additional fees upon delivery.

Right of withdrawal

Customers within the European Union have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving any reason. However, please note:

- Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. If you are returning an item due to an error on our part (such as a damaged or incorrect product), we will cover the return shipping costs.

- Customers are responsible for any loss or damage to items during return shipping.

Returns address and authorization

Please do not return your item to the sender's address. Start your return by contacting us at info@all-accessoires.com. Once your request is authorized, we'll email you the correct return instructions and address (EU address or, where applicable, a supplier RMA) Returns sent without authorization may be refused.

Conditions for returns

- Items must be returned unused, in their original packaging, with all included accessories, and in a resaleable condition.

- Hygiene-related items (e.g. beauty products) can only be returned if the seal is unbroken.

Refunds

- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you and process your refund within 5 business days.

- Refunds will be made via your original payment method.

- Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

We reserve the right to deduct a reasonable amount for any diminished value of the returned products if they are not in their original condition.

Damaged or incorrect orders

Did you receive the wrong item, or is something damaged? We're very sorry!
Please email us at info@all-accessoires.com within 48 hours of receiving your order. Include:

- Your order number

- Clear photo(s) of the item and packaging

We’ll gladly resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
